Something Has Affected You Deeply

Maybe something difficult happened recently. Maybe something built up over weeks, months or even years.

The breakup that left you questioning your worth.

The workplace that made you afraid of making mistakes.

The redundancy that took your confidence as well as your income.

The grief that divided your life into a before and an after.

The illness that changed your relationship with your body.

The loneliness you rarely admit because you are tired of being told that love will happen when you stop looking for it.

Wherever you see yourself in that list, what these experiences have in common is the emotional pain they leave behind and how you are affected emotionally.

You have probably been given plenty of practical advice on how to handle the breakup, how to rebuild your life after loss, how to handle your toxic boss.

Or you've had people tell you:

Be strong. Give it time. Stay positive. Everything happens for a reason.

But none of those words or pieces of advice have eased the emotional pain you're feeling.

Because what you need isn't more advice. You need somewhere to process it all and release the emotional weight.

When difficult emotions have nowhere to go, they remain in your thoughts, your body and your relationships. You replay what happened, question yourself repeatedly, and the experience begins to dominate your life. You don't need someone to fix you or rush you towards acceptance or persuade you to look on the bright side. You need somewhere you can actually start to heal and recover.

That is what Ready To Heal is here to provide.

This Work Is Built for You If:

You feel emotions deeply and intensely — but you're exhausted from being told that's "the problem," or that you should be over it by now.

You replay conversations, situations or decisions on repeat — searching for closure, peace, or answers that never seem to come.

You've had plenty of advice — from friends, family, or self-help books, but none of it has actually lifted the emotional weight and intensity.

You want to tell your full story — without rushing, editing it down, or worrying that you're burdening anyone.

You want someone actively in it with you — not just listening, but bringing genuine interest, structure and direction too.

You're ready to safely express and release — the emotions you've been holding back for months or years.

You're ready to stop pushing the feelings down — and finally letting them move through you.

You don't need more advice or inspiration. You need somewhere to process what's going on, with someone who won't rush you past it.

If that's you, the next question is simple: how do we actually get that emotional pain to ease? That's where Emotional Processing comes in.

How Emotional Processing Helps You Heal

Ready To Heal Coaching uses Emotional Processing to help you heal.

It is the practice of moving difficult feelings all the way through you, rather than around you.

Most of us were never taught how to do this. Instead, we learned to hold back our emotions, explain them away, or push them down so we could keep functioning. But emotions that are pushed down don't disappear. They stay lodged in the body and the mind, quietly shaping your thoughts, your relationships and your sense of self until they're finally allowed to move.

Emotional Processing works with your nervous system rather than against it: naming what you feel, letting your body register it fully, and allowing expression it was never allowed at the time.

When emotion is processed this way, it stops needing to resurface with the same intensity. That's the difference between talking about what happened and actually processing it and healing from it, and it's why this work can create change, that advice, distraction, or time alone often can't.

The aim is not to erase the past or force yourself to move on. It is to help the emotional intensity gradually settle, so that what happened becomes part of your story, rather than something you continue to relive in your day-to-day life.

This is the purpose behind the Emotional Processing Method we will use in our sessions.

How We'll Work Together: The Emotional Processing Method

What the Sessions Look Like

Our sessions are guided by five Emotional Processing Pillars.

This structured approach gives our time together direction and purpose. You will have space to tell your story fully and in as much or as little detail that feels right for you. By having the 5 Processing Pillars guide us, sessions will not turn into aimless conversations without purpose.

Each pillar helps us understand and process a different part of your emotional experience.

1. Telling the Story

You begin by putting into words what happened, what is happening now, or what you're afraid may happen. You don't have to tell the story perfectly or in the correct order, you can begin with whichever part feels most present. Being able to speak honestly about your experience helps bring what's been circling inside you into a space where it can be heard and understood.

2. Naming the Feeling

Together, we identify the specific emotions beneath the pain: for example grief, anger, fear, shame, heartbreak, rejection, betrayal, or longing. Naming the feeling matters, because pain that stays vague can feel overwhelming. When you can identify what you're feeling, the experience often becomes easier to understand and work through.

3. Allowing the Sensation

Emotions aren't experienced only in the mind: they also show up in the body, as a tight chest, a knot in the stomach, heat, heaviness, restlessness, or numbness. Rather than pushing these sensations away, we let them rise, peak, and finally settle, the way a wave does once it's allowed to move through your nervous system.

4. Expressing the Response

You finally give yourself permission to express what had to be suppressed at the time: the words you never said, the tears you pushed down, the anger you swallowed, or the boundary you needed to express but didn't feel able to set. Expression doesn't mean losing control. It means giving your authentic emotional responses a safe place to be released.

5. Honouring the Need

Finally, we explore the need beneath the emotion: perhaps your need for safety, love, respect, belonging, reassurance, or recognition was denied, threatened, lost, or left unmet. Identifying that need, helps you recognise not only what hurt, but why it affected you so deeply.

Worked through consistently, it is these five pillars that help your nervous system begin to move out of survival mode and into healing and recovery mode.

What Healing Can Begin to Look Like

Healing doesn't mean forgetting what happened or convincing yourself that it didn't matter. It means:

Remembering what happened without being pulled back into it for the rest of the day.

No longer needing to replay the same conversation, because you understand what hurt and what you needed.

Trusting your emotional responses instead of immediately questioning whether you're overreacting.

Feeling anger without being frightened by it.

Feeling grief without believing it will swallow you.

Acknowledging longing without allowing it to define your entire future.

Here's how it applies across the situations I specialise in:

Areas of Support

No experience is too small if it is currently affecting your life and emotional wellbeing. Whatever you're going through emotionally, I'm here to help you through it:

Relationships & Heartbreak

Relationship Breakup & Separation

For when a relationship has ended, but emotionally you are still inside it. You may be unable to eat or sleep properly. You may stare at your phone, waiting for a message you know may never come. One moment you want them back, and the next you are furious about everything they put you through. This is a space to process the grief, anger, rejection, longing and confusion, so that the ending can gradually become something you have lived through rather than something you are still living inside.

Toxic Relationship Aftermath

For the exhausting aftermath of loving someone who made you doubt your feelings, your memories or your worth. Perhaps you spent so long walking on eggshells that you no longer know what it feels like to relax. Together, we can begin processing what happened, making space for the anger and grief beneath the confusion, and rebuilding trust in your own feelings, needs and perception.

Workplace & Career

Toxic Job & Workplace Distress

For when work has become a source of dread rather than simply a place you go. You wake up with a knot in your stomach. You analyse every interaction with your manager and spend your evenings worrying about what will happen the next day. Our sessions give you space to process the anger, humiliation, fear and betrayal, so that the workplace does not continue living inside you after the working day has ended.

Job Loss & Redundancy

Losing a job is not only about losing an income. It can mean losing your routine, identity, confidence, community and the future you believed you were building. This is a space for the shock, fear, anger and grief of career loss, without pressure to turn it into an opportunity before you have had time to process what it meant.

Job Search Exhaustion

For when every new application requires energy you no longer have. You spend hours changing your CV, writing cover letters and preparing for interviews, only to receive another rejection or hear nothing at all. Our sessions offer space to work through the disappointment, uncertainty and rejection, and begin healing the emotional toll of a prolonged job search.

Grief, Loneliness & Health

Grief & Bereavement

For when the world has continued moving, but your life has stopped. Grief can follow the death of someone you loved, the loss of a friendship, the ending of a relationship or the future you expected to have. This is a place for the unfiltered tears, the unfinished conversations, the memories, the anger and the unbearable longing that can feel too heavy to carry alone.

Singleness & Loneliness

For when the longing for partnership, intimacy and a shared life has become a quiet ache you carry everywhere. This is a space where you do not have to minimise that longing. We can process the loneliness, disappointment, envy, fear and hope without treating your desire for partnership as something you should have outgrown.

Chronic Illness & Invisible Conditions

For when you look fine on the outside but feel as though you are quietly drowning inside. Living with illness, pain, fatigue or a body that no longer feels reliable can be deeply lonely and frustrating. Our sessions make room for the hidden sadness, fear, frustration and emotional exhaustion of losing your former capacity, the frustration of uncertainty, and the exhaustion of pretending you're okay.

Your First Session

Your first session is a private, 60-minute, camera-free coaching session held online through Google Meet.

We'll begin with the experience that feels most present for you. You'll have time to tell me what happened and how it's affecting you now. Together, we'll identify what feels unresolved and begin working through it using the Emotional Processing Method.

You don't have to decide in advance how many sessions you'll need. After your first session, you can continue on a pay-as-you-go basis, meet weekly or fortnightly, or choose a four-session package. There's no pressure to commit before you've experienced the work for yourself.

Session Details & Investment

Format: 1:1 online coaching via Google Meet, with cameras off.

Session length: 60 minutes.

Fee: £40 per session.

Availability: Monday to Friday, 5:00pm to 9:00pm, and Saturday to Sunday, 11:00am to 6:00pm.

Ongoing options: After your initial session, choose from pay-as-you-go, weekly or fortnightly sessions, or a four-session package.

Why We Keep Our Cameras Off

All sessions take place 1:1 online via Google Meet, with both of our cameras turned off. This is a deliberate, intentional approach, so your energy can go towards feeling, reflecting and processing rather than into worrying how you look or come across.

No masking — it removes the exhausting need to manage your facial expressions or maintain eye contact.

Inward focus — with the pressure of being seen removed, your awareness naturally shifts inward, toward your true thoughts, deep feelings, and body sensations.

Freedom to be honest — introverted, reflective, deeply feeling people often speak far more openly, freely and authentically when they don't feel watched.

It's a sanctuary built to let you drop your mask and simply be yourself.

About Me

Hello & Welcome

I'm Marina, Emotional Processing Coach and founder of Ready To Heal.

When navigating difficult life experiences, most people are handed coping mechanisms, but coping with the emotional pain is not the same as healing from it. While coping helps you survive the moment and day to day life, it often leaves you carrying the emotional weight alone, with no clear path to true release.

My approach is warm, deeply supportive, and unafraid of emotional intensity. Using my structured Emotional Processing Method, I help you move beyond simple coping mechanisms and process the underlying pain, so you can experience greater lightness and inner peace.

If you've recognised your own experience here, I'd love to support you through it.
